Quality, environmental policy and safety
As the first tractor manufacturer in the world, Valtra was granted the ISO 9001 quality certificate in 1993. In 2000 Valtra obtained the ISO 14001 environmental certificate in 2000. In 2003 Valtra was granted the OHSAS 18001 certificate for Occupational Health and Safety Management. Valtra is thus the first tractor manufacturer in Europe to hold all three certificates. Maintaining Nordic quality is a matter of honour for the company.
